Thank you for meeting us at ACG in San Diego!
We had a great time at the ACG in San Diego! It was a pleasure to meet many new faces, and great to see some of our old friends as well. The turn-out for our interactive sessions and lunch symposium was fantastic and we are looking forward to the new training sessions on our calendar. On this note, our remaining 2009 training schedule is filling up – if you are interested in having your practice trained before the end of the year, please contact me as soon possible to secure a date.
And if you will be in New York for the NYSGE Meeting next week – come by and see us – we will be doing more live demonstrations!
CRH Training Program Has Expanded!
While I am on the topic of trainings, we recently sent a survey to all of our trained partners and 50% of trained partners mentioned that they would benefit from another session with one of our trainers. Our conversations with our many GI partners indicate that this additional session can be very helpful after getting some initial experience with our Technology.
This is what one of our partners has to say about his “follow-up training” experience:
“The refresher course was fantastic. <My trainer> was just a delight, helpful, full of valuable tips and he <reinforced> the blind technique which is more comfortable for my patients. The proctoring at this stage of my banding experience was more meaningful due to the foundation of doing the procedure for a few years. We both agreed that there just aren’t any companies that provide such a service. I think you will have a loyal following because of it. You have made me a better doctor for my patients with anal disease. I am more confident in the banding procedure and I am very appreciative.” MT, MD
I wanted to remind everyone that these additional sessions are now a standard offering as part of our Training Program, so please do let us know if we can support your practice by scheduling a “refresher course” for your practice. These are offered at no cost, and we’d like you to take full advantage of them.
CRH Medical’s “24/7” Professional Support:
Please remember that it is very common for our Partners to have a question or two as they get a chance to utilize our Technology and appreciate the many benefits that it provides to your patients and your practice. We are happy to help support you in any way possible.
