DDW is right around the corner, and we invite you to stop by and say “hello” on the exhibition floor and in the “Learning Center.” We are also excited about the formation of an ASGE “SIG” dealing with anorectal issues, which will hopefully allow for an increased exchange of ideas and help to further demonstrate that anorectal care is truly a part of the GI’s domain.

Increasing your physician referrals:
We all know that there is a tremendously high prevalence of symptomatic hemorrhoids in pregnant women. While we do not recommend banding pregnant patients, many of these women have persistent problems after childbirth. Remember to reach out to your local OB’s in addition to the PCP’s in your area. There is a tremendous demand for hemorrhoid care in these patients, and you will be able to benefit both these patients and your practice. If you need any assistance with marketing materials and/or crafting a personalized message please don’t hesitate to contact Alicia Johnson (800.660.2153 x1024).

Front Office Staff Training:
In addition to our on-site training, front office phone training is available to help your receptionists and/or appointment schedulers understand the CRH O’Regan SystemTM and be prepared to answer patient questions. Training is typically less than 30 minutes and is conducted via teleconference. Sessions can be scheduled by contacting Kelley Mamelson (800.660.2153 x1401)
Contracting and Billing:
Our contracting and billing department is available to provide assistance dealing with third party payers as it pertains to the CRH treatment protocols, obtaining maximum reimbursement and to help your staff with any coding and billing issues that may arise.
