We’ve watched as so many of you have dedicated yourselves and your time to your patients and your staff and we want to acknowledge your continued contribution. No matter your role, we know it hasn’t been easy, and you’ve shown up amongst restrictions, ever-evolving rules and unsettling circumstances. For that, we appreciate and celebrate you.
We want to provide an update on our ordering website (crhorders.com) and apologize for the intermittent interruptions you may have experienced. CRH is in the process of revamping this website to provide a better ordering experience for you and your team. Are there any ways that CRH can make things easier at your clinic?
In-services: Do you have staff who would benefit from training? Our Clinical Support Specialists, Laura and Stephane, have a combined 10 years of experience as hemorrhoid specialists and are always eager to answer questions and/or schedule an in-service for staff.
Virtual In-Service: We now provide virtual In-Service offerings, which are a great opportunity for new staff to learn about banding and find out how to answer the simple questions patients ask!
Clinical Zoom Session: Would a Zoom call with one of our Medical Directors help to create additional banding opportunities or resolve clinical concerns for physicians at your practice? Let us know!
Intake Questionnaire: Have you considered adding one simple question to your intake questionnaire? We find that including, “Do you suffer from hemorrhoids?” is a great way to identify potentially symptomatic patients who aren’t aware that hemorrhoid treatment is an option. Patients are often embarrassed and therefore hesitant to ask questions about hemorrhoids, so, this can help start the conversation about treatment.
Do you have a patient success story you’re eager to share? Given that there can be fear and embarrassment around hemorrhoids, we find that often, patients keep their discomfort to themselves. We love hearing stories about patients who finally feel a sense of comfort and relief after banding with the CRH O’Regan System. Share your story HERE.
