A great way to increase awareness for your practice and draw attention to the CRH O’Regan System for hemorrhoid banding is by sharing information on your website. Posting information on the procedure and hemorrhoid treatment helps to educate your current patients and draw prospective patients. Just copy and paste the HTML onto your practice’s website (it will mimic the look and feel of your site).
Customize these letters with your practice information and extend your offering of the CRH O’Regan System® to your existing patients (including those who’ve had a colonoscopy in the past few months) as well as to new patients who have contacted your office requesting more information on the procedure.
Use any one of these scripts as a template to record a message about the introduction of the CRH O’Regan System® to your practice and how your patients will benefit from the procedure. These simple and informative messages create awareness as patients wait on hold and are easy to implement.
CRH used to own and operate 17 clinics around the United States where all we did was hemorrhoid banding with the CRH O’Regan System®. All scheduling was done through a central call center and in order to help the staff in addressing patients’ questions and ultimately schedule patients for the procedure, we used this call script. Feel free to customize it to fit your practice’s needs.
This video is intended to educate patients about the CRH O’Regan System® and requests that they call your practice to schedule an appointment for the procedure.
